PropCruncher ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and platform at propcruncher.com (the "Service").

We limit collection to information needed to provide, secure, support, and bill for the Service. PropCruncher is retiring Google Analytics. New browser analytics and optional analytics cookies are disabled on this site. Until server-side retirement is deployed, previously consented production accounts may still send limited subscription events.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store your full credit card number
• Bet tracking data: Wager details you voluntarily enter into the bet tracker
• Communications: Messages you send us via email or Discord

Information collected automatically

• Operational request data: IP address, access time, requested route, referring site, browser or device information supplied with ordinary web requests, and security or error logs
• Essential browser storage: Authentication and security data, plus preferences you choose such as theme, filters, odds format, and alert settings (see Section 6)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process your subscription payments
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, billing receipts)
• Personalize your experience (saved filters, preferences, alert settings)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to target gambling advertisements.

• Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal, to process subscription payments

• Infrastructure providers: Hosting, database, object storage, content-delivery, and security providers used to operate the Service
• Account integrations: Discord when you choose to link your Discord account

We limit these disclosures to purposes connected with providing, protecting, supporting, or legally operating the Service.

We no longer send new browsing activity or betting-feature interactions from this site to Google Analytics. Until its server-side retirement is deployed, the production service may continue sending limited subscription events for profiles that explicitly granted analytics consent. Stripe, PayPal, and other service providers may process the information needed to perform the service you request under their own privacy terms and our service arrangements.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use multiple infrastructure and service providers to store and process data. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or another country where a service provider operates. We use safeguards that include:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
• Secure password hashing (never stored in plaintext)
• Regular security updates and monitoring
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use limited browser storage to operate the Service:

• Essential storage: Required for authentication, security, checkout handoff, and core functionality
• Preference storage: Stores settings such as theme, filter preferences, odds format, and alert preferences

We no longer load Google Analytics or use optional analytics cookies. Payment providers may use necessary cookies or similar technologies when you choose to open and complete their checkout flow. You can remove PropCruncher's stored data through your browser settings, but blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, checkout, or other requested features from working.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information and account

Analytics data sent to Google before browser retirement, or through the remaining consented server-side subscription path until that path is retired, may remain there until it is deleted or its configured retention period expires. Browser analytics are disabled on this site, and retirement of that remaining path is in progress.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including Canada and the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws, and information may be subject to lawful access by their courts or authorities. We remain responsible for selecting and managing service providers used to process information on our behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
